Our story
NEO Corporation was born out of a deep commitment to drive sustainable change in global commodity value chains. Our founders, with a background in both for-profit and non-profit sectors, recognise the vast potential of smallholder farmers in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. By combining business expertise, a passion for poverty alleviation, and a global network, NEO Corporation was created to bridge the gap between the challenges of smallholder farmers and the opportunities within international trade.

Our mission
At NEO, we are more than just a business—we are a social enterprise with a singular focus: putting people and the planet over profits. We partner with farmers, cooperatives, NGOs, and other stakeholders to add value to primary commodities, ensuring above-market pricing, market access, and income stability for farmers. We reinvest our profits into the communities we work with, supporting education, vocational training, agroforestry initiatives, and more.
